To download the purchased patterns in PDF format, follow these steps :
– Log in to your account on our website.
– Go to the ‘My Downloads’ section.
– Click on the pattern download link.
– The PDF file will be downloaded to your device, ready to be used.

– You will also receive an email with the download links for each order.

2. What are the delivery times for shipped products ?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping destination; generally, they range from 3 to 4 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

3. Can I return or exchange a product if I am not satisfied ?

Yes, you have the right to return or exchange a physical pattern within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us via our contact form or by email for assistance. However, and for obvious reasons, any PDF pattern cannot be refunded. Refer to our CGV for more details on return and exchange conditions.
