Article 1 – Parties to the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) are entered into between the following parties :

1.1 The Seller

Operating under the trade name ‘Atelier Ypsilon,’ Mrs. Yolaine LUCAS, registered under number 830 876 975 00020, residing in Villeurbanne.

1.2 The Customer

The term ‘Customer’ refers to any legally competent adult individual.

Article 2 – Data Collection

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Customer’s personal data may be collected when an account is created or an order is placed. The processing of this data is subject to our Personal Data Protection Policy, which is available on our website.

Article 3 – Product Description

Atelier Ypsilon offers the following products, in accordance with Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code :
– The sale of sewing patterns in PDF format (downloadable)
– The sale of sewing patterns in pocket format (shipped)
– The sale of garments and accessories manufactured by the Seller (dispatched)

Article 4 – Placing an Order

The Customer may place an order online via our website, in accordance with article L. 111-2 of the French Consumer Code. The details of each product, the total price and the methods of payment will be displayed before the order is validated.

Article 5 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes, in accordance with article L. 113-3 of the French Consumer Code. The Vendor reserves the right to modify prices, but the products will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is placed.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the products shipped. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to downloadable products, such as sewing patterns in PDF format. The return procedures for shipped products are defined in our Returns Policy, which complies with article L. 221-24 of the French Consumer Code.

Article 7 – Refund procedures

Refunds will be made in accordance with our Returns Policy and will be credited to the payment method used when the order was placed, in accordance with article L. 221-24 of the French Consumer Code.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

In accordance with article L. 611-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code, all Atelier Ypsilon models and trademarks are registered with the INPI (Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle).

Article 9 – Protection of Personal Data

The collection and processing of the Customer’s personal data are subject to our Personal Data Protection Policy, which complies with the provisions of the RGPD.
